Garfield 

Today it’s about GARFIELD  He is a real EMERGENCY at the SOS Animal shelter in Calvià. He has been with us for some time now and he has decided firmly to move into our dogs’ quarantine. No matter how many times we put him out, the next minute he is back in again.  Because Garfield loves dogs, he really loves and needs them, unfortunately too much by now. He seeks intensive contact with every dog and unfortunately we have a lot of completely incompatible dogs .  But Garfield somehow has a complete basic trust. Today he climbed into the enclosure with one of our most cat-intolerant dogs. Only because the dog was asleep and our staff reacted quickly it did go well. But we all know that next time it will definitely not go well .

With most of the humans Garfield is sweet, cuddly and very affectionate .  We are now urgently looking for a family , preferably with cat-friendly dogs , who will give Garfield HIS chance – and of course spare him an unhappy ending. Garfield is dewormed, vaccinated, tested, castrated and microchipped.  Please help us find him a home with garden and share our post, thank you .
