Pincho…
(October 2024)
Now it really is about time that we finally give each of the two enchanting brothers their own platform. Pincho and his brother Pancho, both one year old, came to us about a fortnight ago. Their mother dog was poisoned, the owner thankfully decided to hand the dogs over to us so that they would be safe and we could hopefully find them a suitable home very soon.
The two get on very well – but we can place them in separate families with a clear conscience. It would only be important to us that they can both leave the shelter at the same time.
Pincho is currently the calmer and slightly more reserved of the two. He is incredibly affectionate and loves people, and is very much looking for security. Pincho doesn’t really know much about life outside yet, as he has spent his entire life on a finca. So he needs a family that lives in a quieter environment, preferably with a garden.
Pincho will have to be gradually introduced to everything new – but with the right people by his side, this will be no problem at all for this clever little chap. Pincho seems to have no problem at all with cats – he doesn’t seem to know them and pretty much ignores them. Other dogs shouldn’t be a problem. They just frighten him sometimes, as he hasn’t had much contact with other dogs. But even there he is currently opening up more and more and curiosity is winning out.
Pincho is a really great young dog with lots of potential and is definitely suitable as a family dog. Of course, children should already be able to behave in a dog-friendly manner. We take that for granted.
Pincho was neutered a week ago and you can meet him now, by arrangement of course 🙂 …
