Now the beautiful, just one and a half year old Pastor Mallorquin bitch has been with us in the animal shelter in Calvià for a few weeks now. Murta can’t cope with the animal shelter situation, or with the associated stress due to the many cats or the general unrest. It’s so much for her that she’s already lost weight.

Murta is a very people-oriented and incredibly loveable dog – but also a real Pastor Mallorquin and you should have already dealt with this breed. She has an incredible amount of potential and will be a real dream dog under the right guidance. At the moment she is still full of unlimited energy and this is especially true when being together with other dogs.

She loves the exuberant game, but doesn’t really come to an end on her own, so that her conspecifics are eventually overwhelmed. She probably never really learned this exchange and communication and you just have to work that out with her – with tranquillity, patience and also knowledge of this great breed.

Murta is basically currently a very special “rough diamond” – but with an incredible amount of potential. We wish so much that we will soon find the right people for this wonderful young dog lady. People who really have enough time and experience – people who will work with her – people who don’t live in the middle of a city, but rather close to nature and, if possible, with a garden – simply people who do her justice, who want to have a dream dog by their side and who naturally accept her as a full member of the family.
