Job vacancy for our cats department
- Animal care: This includes feeding, cleaning the enclosures and monitoring the cats on a daily basis.
- Medical care: Administering medication, monitoring the animals’ health and assisting vets with any necessary procedures. Experience in caring for sick animals is an advantage.
- The ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a sense of responsibility are essential
- Working hours: Full-time, part-time and fixed-term positions are available; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.
- Qualifications & requirements: Completed training as an animal carer or experience in animal care, often with a focus on cat care; knowledge of administering medication and handling sick animals; a basic understanding of hygiene measures and animal care in general.
- A driving licence may be required for driving on behalf of the association
- Year-round contract
