The Foundation SOS-Animal
In 2004, the association, together with a sponsor, became a co-founder of the SOS ANIMAL Foundation, based in the municipality of Calvià, to provide financial support to the association. In 2008, the municipality of Calvià granted the foundation a 30-year lease for the land on which the association’s animal shelter is located.

The abandonment of animals remains a sad reality on our islands. There are still thousands of abandoned animals. Unfortunately, we cannot save them all, but we do what we can, and for that, we need your support. Animal shelters like ours take on this responsibility, but their maintenance is costly (food, veterinary expenses, salaries for caregivers, medications, etc.). To ensure the care of our animals and improve our facilities, we rely on regular donations and bequests. Even small bequests are crucial to continue our work and ensure the well-being of the animals.
